Due to new EU packaging regulations (PPWR) effective August 12, 2026, we're currently only able to ship to Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland and Slovakia. We're working to add more EU countries soon. If you're outside these countries and would like our products, please reach out via our contact form and we'll see what we can do.
We’re just one hooman and a small dog, so our little paws may need up to 3 days to pack your order. Shipping within the EU typically takes 3 to 5 days, though delivery times may vary due to weather or high order volumes. We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
