Return & Exchange
Thought you got the right size, but your dog had one too many midnight snacks? We feel you! Let’s make sure the items meet the return and exchange conditions Eligibility Criteria: All apparel must be in the same condition as when you received it and is subject to inspection. Items must be unworn, unused, free of dog hair and odor, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Timeframe for Returns: If you change your mind about a product, you must notify us by emailing connect@takandnie.com no later than 14 days after the day we deliver your product. Return €€: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue your refund. Returns are at your own cost, unless we offer free returns when you bought the products. Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exchanges Timeframe for Exchanges: Please email us at connect@takandnie.com within 14 days of the delivery date. You must notify us before this period expires. Exchange for a New Item. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send your exchange item. Need it quicker? After your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Processing Time: Information on the estimated time it takes for returns and exchanges to be processed once the items are received by our team. Final Sale Items Final sale are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Please double-check the sizing before purchasing a final sale item. Damages, Missing or Wrong Product Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us at connect@takandnie.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you received incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us at connect@takandnie.com as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation. Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at connect@takandnie.com as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
